TENNIS IS BACK, but it's a whole new ball game

We are pleased to announce that GXLTC will reopen on Thursday 14th May.

The LTA has developed a set of guidelines for venues, players and coaches to follow so that tennis can be played in England during lockdown.

Venues across the country will be adapting these guidelines in order to provide a safe environment for members and they may apply differently to individual venues.

Every Member must follow the guidance below.  To be clear we are opening for adult member play, older junior play (U18s/U14s) and play for juniors U10 when accompanied by an adult on court if their membership allows (e.g. Family members, Full members, Off Peak members, Social+ members).

Please be clear that this is a work in progress, the Committee will continue to review all aspects of our re-opening on an ongoing basis and will adjust guidance as we see fit.
