Andy has been Head Professional at Gerrards Cross LTC for 20 years. He worked as part-time County Development Coaching Officer responsible for all performance and development projects in Buckinghamshire. He was part of the South Region Coaching Staff and has worked as a part time LTA Coach Education Tutor for many years. In 1999 he initiated NETwork Tennis with the help of a small committee offering tennis opportunities to the local community using various club and school sites. This has now expanded into tennace®. There are many links with local Schools as MiniTennis Clubs or After School Clubs. See links. For players committed to their tennis there is the opportunity to train with The Academy which Andy initiated in 2000. Hundreds of players have been involved with this exciting programme of opportunities; some progress into The Academy, compete in tournaments and National events. A number of players have used their tennis to help their studies at University.

Selena trained as a junior in Buckinghamshire. She was a member at GXLTC for a number of years and won the ladies singles on three occasions. She is a Berkshire Senior County player. She has recently upgraded to a Level 4 coach - performance. She was coach at Maidenhead LTC for two years before joining GXLTC. She aims to develop each player as an individual depending on their game style focussing on the ABCs. We look forward to seeing her  develop Mini Tennis Performance players !

Matt joined the tennace Coaching team in February 2008. He is gradually taking his LTA qualifications. Matt works on Term Time courses, Holiday camps and Schools coaching.

Paul joined the coaching team in May 2007. He works primarily with GXLTC Academy players but has hours available for individual coaching. He has an excellent knowledge of the game, having played full time and coached for over 20 years.  
Previously he was Stoke Park Club Tennis Manager. He has also worked as full time coach in Paris and has been Head Pro at Riverside Club Chiswick and Connaught Club.

Martin has been Club Champion on six occasions. He played full time in Czech Republic and recently represented Bucks Winter Indoor team. He works with The Academy players, coaches individually and in Schools. He is the Clubs top racket restringer and has recently received training from Sam Chan who is regarded as the best in the world.

James worked part time at GX Bull Lane and other clubs for three years but from January 2009 will be full-time with tennace. He mainly works with Mini Tennis and club standard players. James's philosophy is for his players to have fun and learn something new every lesson.
